Professor Mónica Taveira Pires, professor at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, and Doctor Susana Mourão, participated as speakers at the “XI IBERO-AMERICAN CONGRESS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT (AIDAP): Models, methodologies and applications” which took place on the 4th and 5th May 2023 on the Campus of the University of Algarve.
They presented four works of psychometric validation of psychological assessment instruments developed within the scope of the project “Family functioning, parenting, coparenting and child adjustment: A cross cultural study” underway at the Centro de Investigação em Psicologia (CIP), namely: 1️) Coparenting Questionnaire : Evidence of cross-cultural validity of the measure in Brazil and Portugal; 2️) Portuguese Validation of the Obsession with Covid-19 Scale (PT-OCS); 3️) Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ): Evidence of validity of the measure in a Portuguese sample of separated/divorced parents; and 4) Emotion Regulation Checklist: Preliminary validation studies for the Portuguese population.
