On the 10th of October, at the facilities of the Autonomous University of Lisbon, the “Basic Mental Health Kit – taking care of myself and others” was taking place in room 80. This activity was intended to raise awareness of the Basic Mental Health Kit created by the Manifestamente association. Mental health is increasingly talked about, but we don't always know what to do when we are suffering or when we see someone next to us in difficulty. Through videos and sharing, we will learn about strategies for self-care and helping others.
In this session, the speakers present were Nurse Tiago Casaleiro and the Coordinator of the “Giru” University inclusion and resilience office, Professor Claúdia Castro.
