V CONGRESS JUSTICE WITH FREEDOM AND DIGNITIES DENIED: HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND REFUGEES

Last Friday, October 20th, the 5th Colloquium on Justice with Freedom and Dignity Denied – Human Trafficking and Refugees took place, an event promoted by the Director of the Department of Law, Professor Pedro Trovão do Rosário. The session was attended by Mrs. President of the Bar Association and excellent Alumni of the Autonomous University, Dr. Fernanda de Almeida Pinheiro, Dr. Faria de Oliveira, Lawyer and Professor, Dr. David Freitas, Criminal Investigation Coordinator of the PJ, the Madam
Professor Ana Rita Gil Professor at FDUL, Dr. Carla Xavier Coelho Judge of Law, Dr. Maria José Branco, Dr. Julieta Monginho, Attorney and Writer, Professor Constança Urbano de Sousa. In the afternoon, the debate was moderated by Dr. João Correia, in a debate that had as speakers Dr. Rosa Brandão, Law Judge and Dr. Conceição Gomes, Counselor Judge, Dr. Ana Lúcia Gomes, Law Judge.

Finally, with the moderation of Dr. Adelina Barradas de Oliveira, Judge Judge, they debated Dr. Ana Sofia Monteiro Lobato and Dr. Margarida Vargues, University Professor.

The closing was in charge of Dr. Susana Amador, Jurist and Member of the Ad hoc Committee on Migration of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
