THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PSYCHOSOCIAL INTERVENTIONS IN ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT: ASSUMPTIONS AND CROSSROADS
An organization's results reflect the performance of its employees. In turn, the performance of employees reflects, among other things, their well-being and mental health. The present work is a reflection on the growing importance of psychosocial interventions in organizations, presenting clues about some of the assumptions that contribute to their effectiveness and also clues about some of the crossroads that continue to characterize some of these interventions in Portugal.
