At the invitation of the Università degli Studi del Molise, Italy, the Director of the Autonomous Law Department, Pedro Trovão do Rosário, was present at an academic session dedicated to the theme “The prohibition of administrative discretion as a protection of fundamental rights”.
The meeting was attended by teachers and students from this prestigious Italian institution and was presented by the Director of the respective Faculty of Law, Professor Francesco Petrillo.
