Master in Health Psychology and Neuropsychological Rehabilitation and Degree in Psychology, degrees awarded by the University of Aveiro (UA). He is completing his PhD in Psychology in the Social, Work and Organizational aspects, at UA, with a project financed by FCT (Maria de Sousa Doctoral Scholarship). At the research level, coordinates the research project Handball Learning Assessment: Training to Develop and Humanize, and was a researcher in two funded research projects, as well as participating in investigations within the scope of the activities of the StressLab, (UA Stress Studies and Intervention Laboratory), in the areas of “Anxiety and Fears in the COVID 19 Pandemic”, “Stress on Campus: stress in academic life”. Psychologist registered with the Order of Portuguese Psychologists (CP nº 24646).
