He received his PhD at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FDUNL), in the specialty of Administrative Law, with a doctoral thesis entitled The Resolution of Sports Conflicts: between Public Law and Private Law, Coimbra, Almedina, 2017 .
Master in Public Law in the specialty of Administrative Law at FDUNL. Degree in Law (Pre-Bologna), in the mention of Legal and Political by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

He is Associate Professor at the Autonomous University of Lisbon.

More recently, the publication, in co-authorship, of the work Manual de Arbitragem and the coordination, in co-authorship, of the monograph Administrative Procedural Law, stands out.

He is co-coordinator of the FDUNL RAL Laboratory Yearbook.

He was a consultant to the Directorate-General for Justice Policy.

Research interests: Administrative Law; Constitutional right; Law and Technology; Sports Law; Alternative Dispute Resolution Means, in particular mediation and arbitration.
