The main objective of this work is to approach the topic of vulnerability and Administrative Law which, more recently, despite its theoretical and practical relevance, has been little studied or, if we prefer, systematized.
However, the recognition of the growing importance and relevance of the topic (due to the context of COVID-19) required a first study – with several and eclectic contributions – that aimed to analyze some aspects surrounding the most recent and controversial legal issues. based on the relationship between the exercise of public power and the vulnerability of citizens.
