In order to close the cycle of open classes on Latin America that the UAL Department of International Relations and the National Defense Institute (IDN) promoted throughout this year, on May 30, 2022, in Auditorium 1, it was given by Dr Ana Paula Laborinho, Director of the Representation in Portugal of the OEI (Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture) the conference “Portugal – Latin America and South – South Cooperation”.
