On the 7th of April, at 6:30 pm, Filipe Domingues and Pedro Latoeiro presented their book “O Mundo Não Tem de Ser Assim – Biografia de António Guterres” in the open class of the Master in International Relations, analyzing the role of current UN Secretary-General on the fractures that mark international relations in the 21st century in various areas such as security, development and media.
The speakers also addressed the developments in the negotiations for the elaboration of the first UN International Convention on Cybercrime, in which they participated directly as representatives of the Center for Cooperation in Cyberspace (CCC), the only Portuguese entity present.
