Luis Tomé, Director of OBSERVARE and Director of the Department of International Relations at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, was on May 2 as a guest speaker in Istanbul, at the Conference: Recoding of Transatlantic Security Architecture, where he was part of the panel: “Recoding of Transatlantic Security”.
In the panel to be held in this context, it is intended to discuss the diplomatic and operational challenges in the architecture of Transatlantic Security as well as the limits, opportunities and priorities in the reconstruction of security and to transform the feedback into proposed solutions for decision-makers.
