Sandra I. Pedro is the founder and Chief Purpose Officer of AMMA Lab, a company specializing in organizational transformation and human development. It was her experience at the United Nations that led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences at UAL, which gave her the opportunity to delve deeper into an area of knowledge that is unknown in Portugal – Communication for Development. With extensive international experience (Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America), Sandra leads organizational transformation projects, in which conscious communication and leadership are the pillars for real change in teams and businesses. Author of multiple articles in various media outlets, co-author and author, she also finds space to present the podcast Small Talks For Change. With a solid career that spans the public, private and third sectors, notably with the United Nations and the European Union, she is recognized for her expertise in communication and stakeholder relations. Her passion for promoting inclusive and diverse environments for real impact makes her an influential voice on the national and international scene.
