OBSERVARE – Observatory of Foreign Affairs of the Autonomous University of Lisbon, organizes its 4th Congress International under the theme “MULTILATERALISM, CONDITION OF GLOBAL GOVERNANCE”. Congress will take place from the 23rd to the 26th of November 2021.
Given the uncertainty about the evolution of the pandemic, not only in Portugal but in several other countries (the Congress attracts participants from an international scope), a hybrid format was chosen, in which a first part of the Congress takes place exclusively online and the second part of the Congress with a small number of congressmen in physical presence and the rest with remote participation, by digital means.
