On the 5th and 6th of June, an internal audit of the UAL Quality System took place.
In these two days, the UAL Quality System, defined by its documental structure, was audited; UAL's day-to-day internal practices and respective evidence; and its degree of compliance, in relation to the A3ES benchmark.
This internal audit was carried out by an external Auditor, Mr. Engineer Hermínio Henrique. This Auditor's experience includes auditing other Higher Education Institutions.
The main areas of the audit were: Strategy and Governance; Internal and External Communication; Teaching; Research and Knowledge Transfer; Internationalization and Cooperation; Human Resources; Facilities and Equipment; Quality management.
