The seminar aims to understand how technological innovations in modern times influence sport management and sport itself. On the panel of the Seminar, in order to report on their professional and academic experiences, we will have present: Nelson Pereira, former goalkeeper coach at Sporting CP – who will share the impact of technology on training and on football; Pedro Mota, assistant referee in Primeira Liga – who will share his experience as a referee and will address topics with Video Referee technology; Sérgio Mourato, physical trainer at CD Mafra – who will address the impact and benefits that technology can have on the physical preparation of athletes; Tiago Ribeiro, professor at the Faculty of Human Motricity – who will expose the development of the e-sports modality.
