linked to Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), with the institutional support of the Economic Law Commission of OAB/RJ and the Commission for the Right to Education of OAB/RJ, invite the academic and scientific community to participate in the I Seminar Luso e Brasileiro de Direito : Studies in Homage to Hans Kelsen.
With the aim of promoting reflection on the legacy of Hans Kelsen in a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary perspective in recognition of the milestone of fifty years of his death.
