On the 27th and 28th of May 2022, the International Meeting was held at Autónoma, for the first time in Lisbon, which brought together masters, doctoral students and recent PhDs where they shared their ongoing research focused on Luso-Brazilian History and Culture.
An interdisciplinary dialogue was encouraged, which contributed to the study of different themes, as well as to the establishment of networks and partnerships between researchers from European and Brazilian universities.
The event was promoted by the Chair of Luso-Brazilian History and Culture of the Department of History, Arts and Humanities of the Autonomous University of Lisbon (UAL) and was held in mixed mode (in person and online). Given the strong adhesion, it will continue next year.
