On October 21, CEU – Cooperativa de Ensino Universitário, CRL signed the transfer agreement with the União das Misericórdias Portuguesas, from the S. Francisco das Misericórdias Nursing School.
October 21 marked another milestone for the University Teaching Cooperative, CRL. The S. Francisco das Misericórdias Nursing School thus becomes part of the training offer of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. In the words of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CEU, Professor António de Lencastre Bernardo, this protocol “represents the fulfillment of an ambition we had for a long time, to extend our teaching offer to the health area”.
The ceremony was attended by the União das Misericórdias Portuguesas, Doctor Manuel Augusto Lopes de Lemos, in the capacity of President of the União das Misericórdias Portuguesas and Doctor José António Truta Pinto Rabaça, in the capacity of Treasurer of the National Secretariat; and from CEU, Professor António de Lencastre Bernardo, as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Professor Reginaldo Rodrigues de Almeida, as Director.
