In this open class, Filipe Domingues and Pedro Latoeiro present their book “O Mundo Não Tem de Ser Assim – Biografia de António Guterres” and analyze the role of the current UN Secretary-General in the fractures that mark international relations in the 21st century in several areas: security, development and environment. Speakers will also address developments in the negotiations for the elaboration of the first UN International Convention on Cybercrime, in which they participated directly as representatives of the Center for Cooperation in Cyberspace (CCC).
