Rita Piçarra retired at the age of 44, after achieving financial independence, ending a career that spanned more than two decades. During this period, she held several leadership roles in renowned companies, highlighting her role as financial director at Microsoft Portugal, which had always been her dream. Nowadays, he dedicates his time to his family, friends and his favorite hobbies, such as surfing and skateboarding.

Nuno Artur Silva is a Portuguese fiction writer, playwright, screenwriter, businessman, producer, programmer, teacher, presenter and administrator. He was administrator of RTP and Secretary of State for Cinema, Audiovisual and Media of the XXII Portuguese Constitutional Government. He founded Produções Fictícias, an agency and creative network, in 1993, having been general director. He was also creative director and co-author of renowned projects and programs.

Elena Anton was born in Moldova and came to Portugal in 2005. She has been part of the Impact Hub Lisboa team since 2023, as a program manager focusing on diversity and inclusion. The Bora Mulheres project, developed by Impact Hub Lisbon, is one of the largest female entrepreneurship programs in Portugal, inspired by the resilience, determination and courage of women who demonstrate every day that a woman's place is wherever she wants.
