The lecture addresses and discusses the female issue today and demonstrates how women still need to overcome internal and external barriers to have a greater voice in society. For this, the concepts of Courage and Sisterhood will be presented as fundamental factors for the development of Female Entrepreneurship that can go beyond the activities traditionally said as "women's". Some conference topics: female empowerment, mental barriers, embarrassing situations; what sorority is and how to practice it, as well as the importance of self-knowledge in the discovery and/or rediscovery of potential.
