Daniel e Silva Meira completed his PhD in Law, specializing in Legal and Procedural Sciences. The defense of the thesis, entitled “Negotiation in the Scope of Arbitral Jurisdiction – Analysis of the Use of Incoterms and Escalated Clauses in Dispute Resolution”, took place on February 11, 2025.
