Student Daniel e Silva Meira completed his PhD in Law, specializing in Legal and Procedural Sciences. The defense of the thesis, entitled “Negotiation in the Scope of Arbitral Jurisdiction – Analysis of the Use of Incoterms and Escalated Clauses in Dispute Resolution”, took place yesterday, February 11, 2025, at 3:00 pm.

The final grade awarded was 10 points, marking the completion of his doctoral academic journey.
