As part of the research carried out by the Center for Research in Psychology (CIP), the objectives and results of projects coordinated by professors and researchers from the Department of Psychology and CIP will be presented. Themes in focus: family functioning, coparenting and child adjustment; mindfulness in a school context with children and adolescents; relationship between sleep quality, bullying, academic performance and classroom behavior in school-age children; day-to-day emotional regulation: antecedents and consequences; experimental study of the effects of the Vértices intervention program – based on relaxation and guided imagery – for well-being, socio-emotional, cognitive and academic development in elementary school children.
