Autónoma was represented at the XXXVII Annual Congress of AEDEM (European Academy of Management and Business Economics), which took place in Vigo from May 31 to June 2, 2023. Our Professor and Researcher António Cabeças participated with the article “Satisfaction, trust and loyalty in online banking Customers: The case of Spain and Portugal”, produced in co-authorship with researchers António Duarte Santos da Autónoma, Adelaida Ramos Mariño and Antonio Fernández Portillo, both from the University of Extremadura.
