CONFERENCE | PROFESSIONAL ORDERS: STATUS, ACCESS AND EXERCISE OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

The reform of professional orders, which began with the change in the legal regime for the creation, organization and operation of public professional associations (Law no. 12/2023, of March 28) has simultaneously raised doubts, apprehensions, criticism and appreciation in various sectors .

Given the enormous representation of the Order of Certified Accountants, the Order of Chartered Accountants and the Bar Association, the Department of Law and the Department of Economic and Business Sciences at UAL invites the respective Chairman(s) to present and debate the topic with the academic community for whom the -objective- knowledge of the various issues raised publicly is so important.
