We live in a world where everything and everyone is increasingly connected digitally, through Information Technology and what it offers us. Its products are mainly developed by humans, and for humans, and communication is essential so that it is possible to plan, execute and obtain useful and effective results, achieving the objectives for which they are intended.
Psychology assumes, therefore, a fundamental role, implicit in the communication existing between humans, and between them and machines, whether intelligent or totally deterministic. It is through knowledge and understanding of the human mind, as well as sensitivity to the general and specific details of each individual, that it is possible to improve one's own understanding and that of others, and to foster a better culture of personal and organizational interaction, designing and implementing best solutions.
To show this relationship and importance, some examples and analogies are presented, with reflections on the impact and interaction between the technical and Informatics component, and the human, mental and Psychology component.
