Projects drive companies and the economy by creating innovation, being agents of change. New digital technologies, within the scope of the fourth industrial revolution, lead Project Management to evolve rapidly, in a globalized and more complex world, where there are greater concerns about sustainability. Technologies help a lot in this field, but they should not replace people or their collaboration, which are fundamental. Sustainability must be transversal to all organizations activities, including Project Management. Sustainable projects will be essential for granting a better world and new approaches are emerging to support and improve their management.
