Climate change poses enormous challenges for legislation and policy-making, breaking with the legislative paradigm, imposing a transversal character and demanding concerted action between all sectors of society and the economy. In this conference we will talk about the situation in Portugal, where six parties and two non-registered deputies presented draft laws on the climate, and a Climate Law is currently being drafted, which will establish the general bases for the country's climate policy. for the next few decades.
