The major changes brought about by digital transformation during the 4th Industrial Revolution are happening at a very intense pace. The technological innovation resulting from this movement also has an impact on Project Management, which is adapting to a new reality, in which Project Managers must have a profile that allows for associating emotional intelligence and cultural awareness with their technical capabilities, taking advantage of the use of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, with the objective of helping to increase the probability of success of projects and also contributing with added value to the environment and to society.
