Technological innovation has obvious benefits and advantages for the daily life of human beings. Among the topics that may give rise to legal controversy in this area, those surrounding digital platforms are one of the most pressing.
Taking into account the context of the entry into force of the legislative package on digital services (the Regulation on Digital Services [Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 19 October 2022] and the Regulation on Digital Markets [ Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 14 September 2022]), problems and potentialities of digital platforms are thus analysed.
