CONFERENCE CYCLE ON THURSDAYS | INTERDISCIPLINARY INTERVENTIONS WITH VULNERABLE POPULATIONS: THE CLDS 4G PROJECT SOURCE OF CHANGE

23 May 2024 - 18:30

Auditorium 1

This presentation explores the process of implementing a social project, detailing the various phases from conception to completion of the project, using as a practical example the Project under the Local Social Development Contract (CLDS) 4G called “Source of Change”. The purpose of Local Social Development Contracts (CLDS) is to promote the social inclusion of citizens, in a multisectoral and integrated way, through actions to be carried out in partnership, to combat persistent poverty and social exclusion in depressed territories. The main objective is to provide a clear and structured vision of the steps necessary to prepare an effective and sustainable social project, based on the experience of the CLDS 4G “Source of Change” project: Diagnosis; Needs Identification; Project Planning; Project Budget; Project Implementation and Execution; Assessment and Sustainability. The presentation will highlight how each of these phases was crucial to the success of the “Source of Change” project, providing a practical model for future social projects.
