Civil Procedural Law has been marked, in recent years, by new themes that have raised several questions and posed new challenges.
With the aim of exploring and discussing these emerging issues, the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa will host the conference “Current Trends in Civil Procedure” on June 17th, in auditorium 2. This event promises to be a unique opportunity for academics, legal professionals and students to deepen their knowledge of the transformations underway in the civil procedural landscape.
Among other topics, the following will be covered: collective actions and the financing of disputes by third parties, the role of technology and justice, as well as ESG and recent changes in terms of alternative dispute resolution means.
