In a world undergoing political, economic, social and legal reconstruction, there is an urgent need for a broad and unrestricted debate on human relations within the scope of the transnationalization of rights, globalization and capitalism, in which the conference on “culture of peace and post-colonialism” intends to discuss in the context of the tension that borders social life, by inverting the paradigm so that the phenomenon of economic, political and social power can be read from the perspective of tolerance and respect among equals that sustain the culture of peace system.
