The conference “Artificial Intelligence and Administrative and Fiscal Justice: new directions and challenges” aims, in a joint organization with the School of Law of the University of Minho, to analyze the potential of Artificial Intelligence, namely to transform (and, especially, improve) Administrative and Fiscal Justice, without neglecting the possible challenges that technological changes and innovations pose to the exercise of jurisdictional power in legal-administrative and fiscal disputes.
