Under the motto of diploma that amends the legal regime applicable to professional public associations, this conference seeks to contribute to the academic debate on professional associations, focusing in particular, among other issues, on their relationship with the State, their public interest missions and regulation professions, as well as the most recent jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court (judgment n. 60/2023).
