Based on the article «Challenges and deviations from the Brazilian criminal system», written by Miguel Reale Júnior and Paula Thieme Kagueiama, on June 22, 2022, at 6:30 pm, in Auditorium 1, a lecture given by the distinguished Professor from USP and Brazilian jurist and the respective debate on «The Challenges and Deviations of Criminal Systems», in order to study the penitentiary system, the performance of the police and criminal procedural efficiency, as well as the problems of lynching, militias and criminal factions .
