UAL Arbitration Center and AGAP sign protocol

GYMNASIUM, HEALTH CLUBS AND ACADEMIES COVERED BY THE SERVICES OF THE AUTONOMOUS ARBITRATION CENTER

The Autonomous Arbitration Center and AGAP – Association of Gyms and Academies Companies of Portugal, signed a partnership protocol that aims to bring alternative means of conflict resolution to AGAP members and their customers.
Any conflict that a user may have with an AGAP associate can now be submitted to the Arbitration Center of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, as an alternative to the judicial courts.

Not only customers, but also employees of AGAP member entities are covered by the protocol.
The scope of the protocol is very significant, as it does not focus on conflicts arising from the relationship with service providers (gyms and health clubs), but also covers disputes arising from the private sphere of users.
Thus, both workers and users of gyms and health clubs, as an alternative to resorting to the courts to settle disputes, may resort to the Arbitration Center of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, to resolve contractual, family, labor, consumer disputes. , neighborhood, among others…

By signing this protocol, AGAP reveals an avant-garde vision, offering its members the possibility of accessing faster, very low-cost justice that offers a greater degree of satisfaction.
