With the aim of reinforcing internationalization and diversifying perspectives and reflections on several central and relevant themes today, the Department of International Relations of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL) has a program of 6 Chairs designed to bring prestigious academics to UAL: Chair H. Mackinder in Geopolitics, J. Schumpeter Chair in International Economics, F. Braudel Chair in Theories of International Relations, N. Bobbio Chair in Human Rights, UNESCO International Chair “People on the Move and Human Rights” in partnership with the Open University -CEMRI and Chair “Korea and East Asia” in partnership with the Free University Berlin, the University of Oxford and several universities in South Korea.
Within the scope of the latter, we invite you to attend the lecture “East Asia foreign direct investment in Portugal: the cases of Korea, Japan and China” by Sung-Jo Park, Professor Emeritus of the Free University Berlin, on June 5th, at 2:30 pm.
