Portuguese Association of Automobile Trade joins the Arbitration Center of the Autonomous University of Lisbon (CAUAL)

The Portuguese Automotive Trade Association (APDCA) signed a partnership protocol with the Arbitration Center of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, with a view to offering its members alternative means of resolving disputes.

In this way, the associated entities of APDCA, used car dealers, can immediately submit to CAUAL, the conflicts that result from situations that generated in the exercise of their activity, thus guaranteeing that the disputes are dealt with in a fast way, with very low cost, with secrecy and, above all, with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

APDCA's objective is to transmit the desired confidence to the consumer, bringing more credibility to the used car sector, giving its members an important guarantee seal.

But the protocol is not limited only to the professional activity practiced in used car dealerships, it also operates in the private sphere of the workers of the stands, members of APDCA. Family, neighborhood, consumer, commercial, hospital disputes, among others, are covered by the partnership protocol, which constitutes an unprecedented and extremely important offer for the quality of life of the beneficiaries of the service provided by CAUAL.
