Ciclo de seis conferências internacionais 2019/2020 no Da/UAL sobre o pensamento de arquitetos contemporâneos: Marcel Breuer, Luis Barragán, Le Corbusier, Denise Scott Brown, Frank Gehry e Paulo Mendes da Rocha. No dia 15 de maio de 2020 teve lugar a conferência da arquiteta Daniela Ortiz dos Santos, professora assistente no Departamento de História da Arte da Universidade Goethe de Frankfurt am Main e coordenadora científica do Centro de Estudos Críticos em Arquitectura (CCSA), um centro de investigação que reúne pesquisadores do Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM), da Universidade Técnica de Darmstadt e a Universidade Goethe de Frankfurt. Daniela é autora da tese Routes of Modernity or the Americas of Le Corbusier (ETH ZURICH, 2017) e co-curadora da exposição “Construções em movimento”, Garagem Sul, CCB, Lisboa (2019). É coeditora do livro “Bauhaus Clouds”, que publica os anais das conferências sobre a Bauhaus no CCSA.
Series of six international conferences (Da/UAL 2019/2020) on the practice of contemporary architects: Marcel Breuer, Luis Barragán, Le Corbusier, Denise Scott Brown, Frank Gehry and Paulo Mendes da Rocha. On May 15, 2020, a conference was held by Daniela Ortiz dos Santos, Assistant Professor at the Art History Department of the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and a Scientific Coordinator of the Center for Critical Studies in Architecture, a research cluster between the Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM), the Technical University Darmstadt and the Goethe University. She is the author of the dissertation Routes of Modernity or the Americas of Le Corbusier (ETH ZURICH, 2017) and co-curated the exhibition “Moving Constructions” at Garagem Sul, CCB, Lisboa (2019). She is a co-editor of the proceedings of the CCSA Bauhaus Lecture Series, entitled “Bauhaus Clouds”.
