The 5th edition of the Sports Management Conference, organized by the Autónoma Sports Management Student Group, was a great success and exceeded all expectations. Under the theme “Sport in Evolution: Rights, Management and Spectacle”, the event provided an intense morning of knowledge sharing, critical reflection and interaction between experts, students and professionals in the field.
The program featured two discussion panels that addressed key and current issues in the world of sports. The first panel focused on the evolution of Sports Law and its adaptation to the specific needs of female athletes, discussing issues such as employment contracts, violence and harassment in the sports context. The second panel focused on management and security in sports clubs and events, presenting practical strategies to ensure effective organization and protection of all involved.
This conference reinforces the commitment of the UAL Degree in Sports Management to quality training, linked to the practice and professional reality of sport.
