This conference explores the value of psychotherapy training in the development of the psychologist's clinical practice. Through the speaker's sharing of personal and professional experience, based on the Person-Centered Approach, it will be discussed how continuous training, supervision and personal development influence the quality of therapeutic intervention. The session aims to be a space for reflection and inspiration for students at the end of their master's degree, who are preparing to begin their clinical career.
