Changes in the job market have been increasingly rapid, stimulated by factors such as technology and, more recently, the pandemic. Among others, these factors are changing the way employers select their employees and the skills they value in them. New models for providing work and new professions emerge, while others lose relevance. At this conference we will have the opportunity to hear opinions from experts in these matters, who will share with us their vision of the job market.
