Marking the International Day of Families, this conference brings together experts for a critical reflection on the new contours of family relationships in the 21st century. Topics to be discussed include the challenges of filiation in contemporary contexts, the impact of the digital age on parental responsibilities, the growing role of family mediation in conflict resolution and the sociological approach to the perspective of Law. The meeting aims to promote a multidisciplinary and constructive dialogue on the evolution of the concept of family and the appropriate legal responses to a society in constant transformation.
