On October 7, 2019, Professors from Portugal and Brazil will discuss current issues of Criminal Law:  the political crime, passive corruption and (self)laundering and the relaxation of the principle of criminal legality. This debate falls within the scope of the Specialization Course in Criminal Law, promoted by the Autónoma Academy, where topics such as Criminal Tax Law, Criminal Law on Drugs, Economic Criminal Law, Criminal Law on Terrorism, Criminal Law on Organized Crime, Criminal Law for Minors, compliance and the Liability of Legal Entities. The debate also falls within the scope of the research project Corpus Delicti – Transnational Organized Crime of Ratio Legis – UAL R&D Center.
